The eight-gallery museum, located in Claremore, Oklahoma, was originally purchased by writer, actor, and broadcaster Will Rogers in 1911, as a retirement home site for himself and his family. The museum contains Rogers' family tomb, a research library, and an archive, as well as photographs and other memorabilia of Will Rogers.
